Our establishment may take note of: the character of your visiting device and its appointed software; the duration and nature of your patronage; your personal preferences regarding the décor and arrangement of your experience.
Records maintained by GoldenEra serve solely to ensure the smooth operation of our establishment, address any technical imperfections, and refine our offerings for returning patrons. We do not engage in the commerce of personal information.
Necessary calling cards (session cookies) permit us to recognize you between visits. Optional observation cards (analytics cookies) assist in understanding which rooms and games are most frequented. Optional cards may be declined without consequence.
Certain services within our establishment are provided by trusted associates, each bound by agreements reflecting GoldenEra's high standards of discretion.
Visitor records are maintained for no longer than six months. Records are destroyed in their entirety upon a patron's written request.
Patrons retain the right to inspect, amend, or request the destruction of records pertaining to their visits. Such requests should be submitted through our correspondence desk.
